I would say that my short hair is probably the most different and distinctive trait about me. Most girls my age have long, dark hair and they all look very similar. When I hangout with my friends, they always say that they recognize me by my short hair. The article, Brand Called You, used some examples of personal branding. One of the examples they used was The Starbucks Girl - a person who always carries a coffee mug. Many people create a personal brand to stand out among people. Something simple as wearing the same t-shirt everyday can get you noticed. For me, I would say that short hair reflects my brand.

I am most proud of my app. In 2020, I created The Alan App, a mobile application for those with food allergies. It consists of a messaging system, emergency section, and interactive features that include an allergy translator, allergy cards, allergy-friendly recipes, and more! I worked very hard on this app and did all of the marketing, UX design, and finances by myself.

I would like to be famous and well-known for my entrepreneurial spirit and accomplishments. In addition to The Alan App, I created Teen FAAB when I was a teenager. It was a website for teens with food allergies. I did a TEDx Talk, did many public speaking events, and did a video with an NFL football player. In the article, “7 Things You Can Do To Build An Awesome Personal Brand, it says that auditing an online presence is important to mold perception. The Alan App and Teen FAAB have gotten me to build a presence on Google, and I want my personal brand to reflect my accomplishments.
